RentTrack respects your privacy. The app stores your rental records only on your device and does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data.

2. Data You Enter

The following information is stored locally on your device and nowhere else:

• Client names and phone numbers
• Service names, prices, and units
• Rental records: dates, quantities, totals, deposits, and statuses
• Photos you attach to a rental
• App settings such as currency and theme

3. Camera and Photos

The camera is used only when you tap to take a photo of the equipment. Photos are saved in the app's private folder on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.

4. No Data Transmission

RentTrack has no accounts, no servers, and no synchronization. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking. Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it yourself.

5. Use of Data

The information you enter is used only to:

• Display your rentals on the calendar
• Calculate rental end dates, totals, and deposits
• Keep your client and service lists

6. Data Protection

All data is kept in the app's private storage on your device, protected by the operating system's sandbox. Photos are stored as files in the app's documents folder.

7. Your Rights

You can at any time:

• View and edit any record in the app
• Delete clients, services, rentals, and attached photos
• Remove all data by uninstalling the app

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any personal information.
